She oversees a network of support teams that help individuals achieve personal goals, whether it’s gaining independence, enhancing daily life skills, or improving overall well-being.


Known for her empathetic leadership, Jessica balances operational efficiency with compassion, creating a supportive environment for both her teams and the individuals they serve. Prior to joining SafeinHome, she gained valuable experience in the developmental and intellectual disability field, strengthening her commitment to improving quality of life for those in need of assistance. Her expertise in service delivery, team management, and fostering community connections has driven initiatives that prioritize autonomy and dignity for all clients.


Outside of work, Jessica enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with her husband and two children.
