Assistive Technology Coordinator
With over 22 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Amanda is committed to advocacy, independence, and person-centered care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has been a dedicated team member at The Arc of Southington since 2010, serving in various roles. Currently, she is the Assistive Technology Coordinator and Individualized Home Support Supervisor. Recently earning her ATACP certification, she has a vast knowledge of assistive technology, including remote supports. She also serves as the advisor to The Arc of Southington’s self-advocacy group, promoting empowerment and inclusion.
