Kevin Salera is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the human services field, spanning both public and private sectors across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With a proven track record of leadership, Kevin has held senior roles and currently serves at Charles River Center’s Chief Operating Officer, where he manages multi-million-dollar budgets, large staff teams, and a wide range of service programs. His public sector tenure includes key leadership within the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, where he directed regional vocational services. Kevin is recognized for his strategic planning, fiscal oversight, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stonehill College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Clark University and is deeply committed to advancing inclusive, high-quality services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
